In a world that doesn’t stop spinning and where many are forever searching for something more, knowing your ‘why’ has never been more important.
For me, it’s what keeps me grounded, humble, and kind—rooted in what truly matters. Because at the end of the day, everything else is either bonus or inconsequential.
I know it may sound cliché, but my family is my ‘why.’ While it’s a simple answer, defining the deeper reasoning behind it took time.

I don’t expect my children to take over my business one day—I want them to pave their own paths and make their own mark on the world. But more than anything, I want them to understand that their careers come with options. Options that allow them to pursue their own dreams, passions & desires.
Employee. Manager. Director. Partner. Entrepreneur.
Trendsetter or trend-follower.
The title doesn’t matter as long as they see the possibilities. As long as they witness firsthand that hard work and perseverance can make all the difference.
